WHAT TO EXPECT...
We call this program “Trench Coaching” because it is done in a individual or small group setting and is very interactive. Imagine a sales professional who passionately brings in new business, begins every day with a plan and focus, and sets the standard of performance in your organization. My plan and support will produce these types of habits for new salespeople while breaking down unproductive patterns for old ones.
• 3 day training - After receiving d days of sales training from the Watson Group, your salespeople will organize their self-reporting tools and build a territory game plan. They will set sales and prospecting goals; establish calendar management plan; and begin the process of proactive prospecting.
• Weekly Tracking Commitment- The program includes tools for pipeline tracking and weekly review activity. Your sales activity data will be put into salesforce and “Watson Group” will remotely meet with producers for 1 year to give feedback and hold salespeople accountable for activity. “Watson group will also be available for on demand sales support.

Tangible & Measurable Action Plan
When we have completed the training the producer will return to your agency with a one-page action plan. Why one page? Because it is measurable, memorable and tractable every day; it’s clear in the mind; and it produces results. Even better, the plan guides communication between principal agent and producer. The producer will be on individual and group calls. Agency principles will be invited to attend calls and will get emailed updates along the way.
